WITH YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Always wondered what is happening inside your body while you are having your period? What hormones come into play before ovulation kicks in? Which are some recommendations in terms of food to nourish my body properly during the luteal phase? WHat is the luteal phase? When is the best time to build muscle and when should I be taking it slow? Why do I feel like I want to be by myself during certain times of the month, while others I am a social butterfly?
If you have answered one or more questions with yes, hell yeah or AMEN! then this is the workshop you have been waiting for.
Agnes, the founder of The Palmtree Lifestyle has made it her mission to help you find the best version of yourself, especially paying attention to the menstrual cycle.Throughout the day you can expect a biology lesson which you didn't know you needed, we will discuss what the most efficient approach is in terms of your training, which food might be more beneficial and why. Last but not least we will also tap into your mental state and what the does and don'ts are during certain moments of your cycle.
You get the chance to participate in a slower stretch/mobility session or if you feel the energy join the more intense circuit training.
Last but not least, you'll be pampered with the most delicious snacks and you'll be able to pick between different catered lunch options.
