Duo Personal Coaching Session

Service Description

Like it better together? The duo session is for those who rather train with their friend, partner or family member. Together with head trainer and coach Jason Resnick you'll work on your personal health plans. You'll each set personal goals together, where a custom plan will be based upon and made for you each individually (taking in diet, training and other healthcare elements). There will be tests done frequently to measure results with.
