What the enquiry forms collect
The studio form asks for your name, email address, phone number, solo or duo preference and availability. You can optionally share your training goals. The online coaching form requires your name and email address; a phone number, goals and call availability are optional.
Please keep your message to the information needed for your enquiry. There is no need to include medical records or other sensitive details in these forms.
How your enquiry is used
Your details are used to respond to your request, discuss your goals and arrange a trial session or introductory call. This helps us take the steps you request before deciding whether to train together. Submitting an enquiry does not start a paid subscription or sign you up for a newsletter.
Where enquiries go
This website and its enquiry forms use Wix. Submissions are stored in the studio’s Wix account, with access restricted to its owner and authorised collaborators. Enquiries may also be handled through email or telephone when we follow up.

How long details are kept
Information is needed while an enquiry and its follow-up are being handled. If you become a client, some information will also be needed for the coaching relationship and applicable record-keeping duties. The specific retention periods for unanswered enquiries, inactive leads and client records must be confirmed before this draft becomes the final policy. You can contact Jason about an enquiry already submitted.
Your choices and rights
You can contact Jason to ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive a portable copy. You can raise a privacy concern with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Website services and external links
Wix provides services needed to deliver the site and process enquiries, including protections against spam. Google Maps, review sites and other external links open services with their own privacy information. The final cookie and advertising configuration will be documented before the new website launches.
